For the 25th anniversary of the AD mechanical services network, the Autodistribution group has marked a real turning point in the development of its mobile Internet communication practices, a service dedicated to motorists. Last June, the group created a new application christened "AD" for iPhone/iPad and is in the process of launching an application intended for the Android system. This application offers numerous functions such as access to the list of 1,002 garages in the AD mechanical services network and the 506 AD bodyshops, a GPS service to find the closest AD repair shop and promotions available within the network. At the same time, the Autodistribution group has made its grand return to TV and radio media by sponsoring programmes such as "Tout le Sport" on France 3 and "Stade 2" on France 2, as well as the weekend weather forecast on RTL. The group has also launched a new website - ad-auto.fr - which provides motorists with a wide range of practical and technical information as well as access to the websites of the AD garages closest to home.
