When the vehicle is handed over, the AD HGV professionals perform comprehensive diagnostics: numerous points directly inked to safety and regulations are checked. In this way, a clear picture of the condition of the vehicle is revealed to all.
The diagnostics are available in all AD HGV Garages.
This service is an essential resource for predicting the immobilisation of the vehicle, by scheduling a preventative maintenance plan with AD HGV.
24-hour assistance 
In partnership with TAI (Truck Assistance International), the AD HGV network has put in place a 24-hour telephone line, accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing rapid and efficient assistance to all transport professionals. In the event of a breakdown, the customer is put in contact with their regular AD HGV Garage. This garage will then deal with the troubleshooting and repair. And if the breakdown occurs outside the AD HGV Garage opening hours, a 24-hour telephone line is available to the customer (04 26 29 96 29). The handover is then easier and solutions are found rapidly.
AD HGV guarantees the quality of the work performed and the quality of its partners in the event of a breakdown.

This is a multi-marque on-line identification and ordering catalogue for IV and ULV. It provides on-line access to a database of more than 7,000 types of vehicles. Truckissimo enables on-line stocks to be viewed and orders to be sent directly to your distributor
AD HGV. Using this tool you can also create workshop estimates for services (you can select the vehicle, parts and labour).
