The Staff Auto network was launched in 2007 to work in particular with the AD Expert garages, AD garages and AutoPrimo to cope with the problem of the group's distributors who did not have access to the AD brands in their sector. This offer enables their repairers to come together under a single banner without having to comply with an excessively large set of specifications. This offer is now open to all the group's distributors.
Hence Staff Auto members are completely free to set up anywhere in the territory, and have no garage equipment obligations. This flexibility, appealing to members, dovetails effectively with the image and logistical power of the Autodistribution group.
Hence the group provides Staff Auto garages with a set of resources aimed at developing their profitability:
- Purchasing: members are entitled to the best conditions with 500 referenced suppliers, thanks to the negotiating power of the group's purchasing centre.
- Technical assistance: the 50 CTAs (Motor Vehicle Technical Centres) assist garages in the most cutting-edge operations. And a hotline is available for conducting the most difficult diagnostics.
- Communication: Staff Auto members are entitled to the group's promotions and materials (posters, banners) developed for special operations.
- Training: the Millennium program, exclusive to the Autodistribution group, comprises over 20 technical training modules to prepare garages for the challenge of repairs to latest generation systems.
- An on-line documentation medium, Autossimo.com, is also available. A genuine on-line resources and documentation centre, the Autossimo.com portal lists all the tools and data necessary for the repairers' activities. Members have web access to a database with 1 million references, covering 98% of vehicles.
- Procurement: with the Autodoc electronic catalogue, there are over 1 million references available within a few clicks.
