Following its launch at the latest Equip’Auto trade show, the "premium" network of the Autodistribution group - the French and European leader in the independent distribution of car and HGV parts – is celebrating its second anniversary, with over 400 garages now members.
A flying start leading to long-term success
In the year following its launch, the Garages AD Expert network received the coveted title of "Retailer of the Year 2008", awarded at the Network Grands Prix organised by "Décision Atelier" magazine. This award was a great indication of the future, and today, the network's large membership attests to its excellence. More than 400 repairers have already joined Garages AD Expert, won over by the rigourous framework, strong commitments and attractive conditions. And among the new members are brand agents which have abandoned their own outfits to join the Autodistribution group's premium network.
AD EXPERT reaches maturity
Today, the Garages AD Expert network attracts and affiliates thanks to a unique offering:
• A privileged partnership for new vehicle sales. In partnership with Delta Car, the Autodistribution group has developed a new vehicle offering which allows AD Expert repairers to offer around thirty makes of new vehicle at competitive prices. More than an online estimate and proven supply sources tool, the PVM concept (multi-brand point of sale) provides repairers with all the marketing tools required to develop their new vehicle sales. The sale of new vehicles is a strategic initiative today for anyone wishing to be a major player in repairs and maintenance in the future.
• The most advanced technical training programme in the sector. The "Ad Expert" programme, set up jointly by the AD Institute and the GNFA, led to the signing of a partnership agreement between the two organisations for the regional implementation of specific training. After a 14-day core syllabus, the repairer or his associates can specialise in 3 areas: Petrol Injection, Diesel Injection and Comfort/Safety (10 days/area). The group's aim is to provide the maximum support for members, to enable them to remain at the cutting edge of technology.
