With more than 460 body repairers, AD Carrosserie, one of the brand names of the Autodistribution Group - French and European leader in the independent distribution of car and HGV parts - is the leading network for multi-make automotive collision repair in France. With the roll-out of the Performance 2010 programme, the AD Carrosserie network is further reinforcing the quality of its services and emphasising optimisation and the commercial development of its members.

Performance 2010: for an even closer relationship between body repairers and the network
Performance 2010 is above all a chart to fill in, sporting the AD Carrosserie name. A list of specifications shared by the entire network, Performance 2010 outlines all the obligations and commitments that body repairers must adhere to and, for AD distributors and regional managers, also brings together the selection criteria for candidates and all the key points for audits. To ensure new members, and audits, can be integrated into the network, 6 Regional Body Repair Managers (RACR) have just joined the Group. Their role: to recruit, audit, advise, motivate and sell. This organisational model is repeated at the AD distributor level, with distributors having now also formed an RACRD (D for distributor), whose role will complement that of the new regional managers. Audits carried out in this way, more closely and more frequently, allow the Body Repair Managers to get to know their members better. They will be able to provide more personalised support when carrying out their role, and will be able to offer customised solutions in terms of management of the company.


Training, the keystone of Performance 2010
Within the framework of Performance 2010, the AD Carrosserie network - via the AD Institute and a design optimisation specialist for automobile body repairs - offers its members unique training. The aim of this training is to allow body repairers to take the changes to the scope of their profession in their stride, and to help them face an increasingly demanding notion of service. Therefore, to evolve and develop, body repairers will have to follow an annual training plan, comprising four sections: two designed to develop the commercial side, and the other two dedicated to management. The first two items – "Active reception" and "Commercial procedure" - are aimed at helping body repairers to develop their turnover by conquering new shares of the market with "outside of insurance policy" repairs, thanks to related activities, but also to have a prospective customer type process, thanks to increased visibility. For the management side, this will help body repairers to optimise their activity and their monitoring via the "Optimisation management" and "Management chart" modules.
Two other subjects are currently being suggested as options: "Crisis management" and "Company management"

Thanks to Performance 2010, the Body Repair profession will no longer be understood solely based on products but in its entirety, including the quality of work and profitability of the company. The Autodistribution Group will thus reinforce the quality of its AD Carrosserie network and offer its customers a lasting development strategy.
