Additional guarantees are also available as options such as loan protection which, in case of inability to pay due to death or incapacity, takes charge of the credit, the extended warranty that protects the vehicle against mechanical breakdown for the duration of the finance plan and the guarantee for 4 years of repayment for 100% reimbursement of the vehicle in the event of theft or irreparable damage. The opening of financing dossiers is facilitated by a simple, practical and effective procedure that allows requests to be sent by the internet or by fax with a guaranteed response within one day. Furthermore, at any time, the repairers of the AutoPrimo network can request the help and services of the Cetelem Automobile advisors for the more complex dossiers.
Regarding workshop activity, Cetelem Automobile's Aurore card has been selected by the AutoPrimo network for new payment terms. Several payment options are available : one single payment at the end of the month, by credit with small monthly payments, payment deferred 3 months or payment divided into 3 or 4 instalments. With no risk of unpaid cheques, the Aurore card makes it possible to directly register the payment instalments.
