The Autodistribution Group, French and European leader in the independent distribution of car and HGV parts, and Comptoir VI are teaming up in the PACA region and are announcing the creation of a new major association made by bringing the AD Charrenton outlets to Comptoir VI.

The Autodistribution Group, French and European leader in the independent distribution of car and HGV parts, and Comptoir VI are teaming up in the PACA region and are announcing the creation of a new major association made by bringing the AD Charrenton outlets to Comptoir VI. This new entity whose turnover is approaching €10 million will be headed by Jean-Gabriel Olivier, majority shareholder. Jean-Gabriel Olivier is also the President of the AD HGV network. The association will employ 80 staff on 6 namely: Alès, Cavaillon, Châteaurenard, Marseille, Nice, and Avignon. "This operation is part of Autodistribution's strategy to reinforce the specialisation and integration of HGV activities by creating regional bases dedicated to HGV professionals" notes Jean-Gabriel Olivier This PACA HGV base is the third association of this type to be formed in 2008 after "ADPL Grand Paris" and "Comptoir du Frein/Lhériteau PL" and also the first to be implemented in association with an independent distributor.
